Go with natural stone for the flooring and countertop surfaces, and have a wine fridge installed in the custom kitchen island.
Create Outdoor Living Spaces
The exterior of a luxury home should also include some important amenities. Consider having a large living space in the backyard fit with comfortable sitting furniture, a fire pit, and possibly even a full-sized outdoor kitchen. You can add water and fire features to the patio to increase the ambiance of the space, such as a big fountain in the middle of the patio, LCD lights in the pool and hot tub area, or a nice koi pond.
